Robot Neck

This is the neck for an animatronics robot. The system included 3 actuators, two linear and one servo motor. The core solution in this first prototype was the use of a spherical joint with yaw axis restriction. This solution allowed for simpler system control, provided the required range of motion and gave room for the systems cables to be hidden in the main neck body.
